I have extensive experience operating at the intersection of product, engineering, design, compliance, and executive stakeholders, with a proven ability to convert ambiguity, policy constraints, and competing priorities into clear execution plans.

How I Work
Before any execution begins, I focus on defining what success actually looks like. That means clarifying product goals, constraints, team dynamics, and what must be accomplished in the first 90 days, not just what sounds good on paper.
Across federal, enterprise, and early-stage environments, I’ve seen most delivery failures come from misalignment, not lack of talent. My role is to surface ambiguity early, translate abstract needs into concrete execution criteria, and ensure teams are aligned before time and momentum are lost.
